In order to continue providing the high quality support that our customers rely on, we are implementing a paid customer support agreement for ValuSource Pro, Express Business Valuation, Business Valuation Report Writer and Business Evaluation Systems. Starting January 2nd, 2006, customer support for these products will be available only to customers with an extended support agreement (new customers will be provided with 90 days of no-charge technical support). ValuSource’s database products will NOT require a support agreement.

A support agreement for a single user license will cost $295 per year, and support for a multi-user license will cost $495 per year. There will be a $100 setup fee, which will be waived if you purchase a support agreement within 90 days of a new purchase. You must have the most current version of a product to purchase an extended support agreement. You must have a high speed internet connection in order to be fully supported. There are some issues that can not be resolved unless you have a high speed internet connection.
